Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes how Super Age Group, Inc. and its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, “Super Age“, “we“, “us“, or “our“) collects, uses, and discloses consumer health data in connection with our websites that link to this Privacy Policy, our email communications, our social media pages, and other online and offline services, events, and features that we offer (collectively, the “Services“), and the rights available to consumers with respect to their consumer health data.
Super Age Group, Inc. is an affiliate of Optimism Global LLC and part of the Optimism family of brands, which includes AGEIST, All Healthy, Healthy Eating, and any future brands that may be acquired or folded into our company.
This Notice only applies to “consumer health data” as that term is defined under applicable consumer health data privacy laws that require us to maintain this Notice, such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s Consumer Health Data Privacy Law. This Notice does not govern any health-related information that is not governed by applicable consumer health data privacy laws.
This Notice supplements the information in our general Privacy Policy and only applies to individuals from Washington, Nevada, or other states which may in the future require us to provide disclosures specific to consumer health data. If there are any differences between the practices described in our general Privacy Policy and what we explain in this Notice relating to your consumer health data, this Notice will control.
Collection of Consumer Health Data
When you respond to surveys, quizzes, or questionnaires; submit search queries for, show interest in, or view certain articles, products, or other content that relate to or are used in connection with the treatment of a specific health condition or its related symptoms; participate in our events or research; or provide personal testimonials or feedback to us; we may collect the following categories of consumer health data about you:
- Individual health conditions, treatment, diseases, or diagnosis
- Social, psychological, behavioral, and medical interventions
- Diagnoses or diagnostic testing, treatment, or medication
- Data that identifies a consumer seeking health care services
- Other identifiable information that would constitute an information-type described above but is derived or extrapolated from non-health data
Unless we specifically request it, however, we ask that you not submit any sensitive personal information including mental or physical health conditions, treatment, or status, disability, or genetic characteristics on or through the Services.
Purposes for Processing Consumer Health Data and How We Use It
We may use the consumer health data identified above for the purposes of:
- Providing the Services, such as processing your search queries; improving and personalizing your experience on or with the Services; determining your eligibility for Services, offers, or promotions; and responding to any of your requests, feedback, or questions.
- Research and development, such as to study and improve the Services and our business, understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our users, and develop new content, offerings, and services.
- Compliance, fraud prevention, and safety, such as to prevent fraud, activities that violate our terms and conditions or other contracts, or that are illegal; to protect our rights and the rights and safety of our users or others; and as we believe necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities.
- Create anonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data for analytics and other lawful purposes.

Sources of Consumer Health Data
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect consumer health data:
- Directly from you when you interact with our Services, such as when you complete a form, quiz, or survey, contact us with questions, or express interest in certain health-related promotions or content.
- From our service providers and vendors that support the Services.
- From within our family of brands, for the purposes described in this Notice or otherwise disclosed to you.
- From inferences we create based on the information described above.
Disclosure of Consumer Health Data
We may also disclose consumer health data (in the same manner that we may disclose general personal information) to our professional advisors, law enforcement, government authorities, or business transaction participants. In addition, we may permit third parties to use cookies and similar technologies to collect consumer health data over time and across different websites while you use our Services, where permitted by applicable law. Each of these disclosures is more fully described in our general Privacy Policy.
Finally, we may also disclose consumer health data where you have provided your consent or otherwise directed us to make certain disclosures.
Your Rights Regarding Consumer Health Data
If you are covered by an applicable consumer health data privacy law, you may have certain rights with respect to your consumer health data, such as the rights described below.
- Right to Know. The right to know if we are collecting, using, or disclosing your consumer health data, to access your consumer health data, or to receive a list of the categories of third parties with whom we have shared your consumer health data. Right to Withdraw Consent.
- If we are processing your consumer health data based upon consent, the right to withdraw that consent.
- Right to Delete. The right to request that we delete your consumer health data.
Please note, these rights are not absolute and, in some cases, we may not be able to respond to your request, such as when a legal exemption applies or if we are not able to verify your identity.

If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by following the instructions provided in our communication containing our decision or by contacting us within a reasonable period of time after we send you our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the relevant government authority in your state. Changes to This Notice
We reserve the right, at any time, to modify this Notice. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Notice to indicate the effective date and may send you direct notice of the update, such as where required by law. We will do this by sending you an email, posting a notice on our websites, or using other contact information that we have for you.
