LIVE ON ZOOM · 6 WEEKS · 14 SEATS · BEGINS JANUARY 12, 2027

SIX WEEKS TO MAKE BETTER DECISIONS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR NEXT 25 YEARS

For anyone ready to plan the decades ahead, who’ve already done the reading. You have the doctors, the data, and the drive. What’s missing is the judgment to know what actually matters.

Longevity has never had more information, or more noise.

The world of longevity is exciting and confusing. We have more information now than ever, but are we paying attention to the right things?

How long can we expect to live? What is reality and what is fantasy?

Peptides. Rapamycin. Full-body scans. Epigenetic clocks. Hormones. A new protocol every week, each with a confident podcast guest behind it. How should we spend our time? How can we simplify? What can we learn from people who have lived a long time, versus current optimism culture?

You don’t lack access. You likely have a great doctor, a stack of lab results, and a shelf of books. What’s harder to find is someone who can help you sort the signal from the hype, apply it to your own body and life, and think clearly about what the extra years are for.

YOUR GUIDE

  • David Stewart is the founder of AGEIST and Super Age, and the creator of the Super Age Games. He has spent a decade in conversation with leading longevity scientists, physicians and people living remarkable lives, many of them on the AGEIST Podcast.
  • His work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, CNN and the Times of London, and he speaks internationally on the future of aging. At 67, he races competitively as a masters ski racer.
  • He is an empiricist by temperament: he wants to see the evidence and try things himself before he believes them. That is the spirit of this course.

The goal isn’t to live forever. It’s to live fully, for as long as you’re here.

The science on this is sobering and freeing at the same time. Some leading demographers find that human life expectancy is approaching a biological ceiling, and no drug has yet been shown to extend human lifespan. Others feel a breakthrough is imminent. What the evidence does support, strongly, is that you can shape how well you live in the years you have: your strength, your mind, your relationships, your purpose.

That’s what this course is about.

“Stewart, who’s 67 but could easily pass for early 50s, and has the poise and presence of a motivational speaker”
The Wall Street Journal
“When I want to know what’s actually happening in human optimization, David is my go-to. He’s tracking the science, the people, and the practices long before they hit the mainstream, and he can tell the difference between what’s promising and what’s noise. Learning from him live is a gift.”
Jen Wagner, MDChief Health and Performance Officer, Canyon Ranch
“I’ve spent my career around the world’s top performers, and the thing that separates them isn’t talent. It’s belief in what’s possible, plus the discipline to pursue it. David brings that same mindset to aging. He has the knowledge, but more than that, he has the energy that makes people want to push their own limits at any age.”
Andy WalsheFormer Head of High Performance, Red Bull
“Too much of the longevity world runs on fear. David runs on possibility. He meets people where they are, then shows them the capacity they didn’t know they had and puts the agency back in their hands. That’s what actually changes behavior.”
Stacy Sims, PhDAuthor of Next Level; Co-Founder & Chief Research Officer, Collective X Health
“I work at the cutting edge of health optimization, where there’s a lot of excitement and not always a lot of evidence. David is one of the few people I trust to sort the two. He goes deep, asks the hard questions, and then makes it all usable and exciting for real people living real lives.”
Scott Sherr, MDHealth Optimization Medicine; Co-founder, HOMe-SF

Six weeks. Better decisions for the next 25 years.

  • A filter for the hype. A simple, sane way to judge any longevity claim, from a headline to a clinic’s sales pitch.
  • Your data, made useful. Know which tests matter for you, which to skip, and what to ask your doctor next. How should you be best spending your very precious time?
  • A clear-eyed view of the frontier. Where GLP-1s, peptides, hormones and the rest actually stand, and whether any belong in your life.
  • The right team and the right tests. Know who belongs on your health team and which tests are worth getting, so your decisions rest on good people and good data.

Built for people who’ve already done the reading.

This is for you if:

  • You’re in your 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s or beyond, and planning ahead
  • You’ve invested in your health and want a sharper strategy, not more information
  • You may already work with a concierge or longevity physician
  • You’re curious, skeptical, and prefer evidence to enthusiasm
  • You’d value thinking this through with a small group of peers

This isn’t for you if:

  • You’re looking for a supplement stack or a quick fix
  • You want someone to promise you’ll live to 150

From how to think, to how to live.

week 1

The real limits of science, and the real opportunity of health

What science says about how long we can live, and why that changes everything about how to spend your effort.

  • Why human life expectancy may be nearing a biological ceiling
  • Lifespan vs. healthspan: where your choices make the most difference
  • A filter for judging any longevity claim

week 2

Your team: assembling a board of directors for your health

  • How to find the right practitioners, with David’s unfiltered take on some of the best he knows
  • Who you need on your personal health team and building it out. You will need more than a doctor.
  • Getting more from your medical team: who to ask what questions. How to coordinate and create a game plan.

week 3

The body: what matters, what doesn’t, and how to tell

Training for the life you want to keep living, not for a number on a lab report.

  • Strength, power, VO2 max, balance: how much is enough, and where you’re underinvesting
  • Injury: the biggest threat to your plan, and how to train around it
  • Fascia and the nervous system: strength you can’t access is strength you don’t have
  • GLP-1s: why I changed my mind, and where the line is. Plus peptides, protein, and the supplements worth your money

week 4

Sleep, recovery, and the brain: reading your own signals

The lever under every other lever, and the data that tells you whether your life is building you up or wearing you down.

  • Sleep: what works when you’ve already tried the obvious
  • HRV and allostatic load: how to use them, and when to ignore them
  • Genetic risk testing: what to test, what to leave alone, what you’d do with the answer
  • The brain: what protects it, and what the “upgrade” market is selling

week 5

Health impacts of non-biological influences

The questions most longevity programs skip, and the ones that may matter most.

  • The body keeps the score: the impact of even small “T” trauma, and solutions
  • The value of non-ordinary experiences
  • The spiritual relationship of lineage to legacy, and its health implications
  • Joy, happiness and the health value of positivity

week 6

Your protocol and your next 25 years

A vision for you.

  • What really ends lives at this stage, and smart screening decisions
  • The small, doable changes that matter, and that we enjoy
Group exercising outdoors, silhouetted against an evening sky

Live with David, every week. Six sessions on Zoom, about 90 minutes each. No pre-recorded modules.

Fourteen people, no more. Small enough that everyone is heard and every session is shaped by the room.

Built around your goals. Before week 1, you’ll have a 45-minute one-on-one interview with David, so he can get to know you and make sure the course covers what you need. He’ll also suggest a couple of tests to do before we start, such as wearing a continuous glucose monitor (CGM).

Guest experts. Leading voices in aging science and medicine join for live conversations.

A cohort that lasts. A private group between sessions, and peers you’ll want to stay in touch with long after week 6.

Email support. Questions between sessions? Email support is included for the length of the course.

No. This is education, not medical advice. Many participants already work with a physician; the course helps you get more from that relationship.

Recordings are available to the cohort for the length of the course. Live attendance is where most of the value is, so plan for all six if you can.

The 90-minute live session plus some optional reflection and preparation time.

We’ll look honestly at the evidence for many of them. Decisions about what you take belong with you and your physician.
